OUR HISTORY IN BRIEF

The Marino Law Firm was founded in the 60’s by avv. Claudio Marino who received a gold medal from the Law Society in Milan in recognition of his professional and humanitarian work carried out for over half a century in the field of civil, corporate and bankruptcy law.
In the 80s, his son, the lawyer Mario Marino, took over the company and worked alongside his father, taking the firm to a higher level in the field of corporate criminal law.
In the 90s, the field of activity, in particular that of private and civil law, was expanded with the arrival of a new associate to the firm, avv. Susanna Bruschi who, having been a lecturer in these subjects, first at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna and, then, at the Faculty of Political Science, at the University of Milan was more than prepared for the position.
Over the last 20 years, the activity of the partners has been strengthened with the collaboration of selected professionals specialising in various branches of civil, criminal and employment law. Recently the Marino Law Firm has started to collaborate with a firm of accountants and tax consultants, with the aim of providing the client with ample resources to face the increasing complex requirements of the national and international socio-economic framework resolving problems that require a multidisciplinary approach through strong teamwork
